Application Of Multi Source Data Fusion Technology In Registration Of Real Estate

The registration of real estate in our country,the registration agency,management in different ways,according to different standards,not real estate registration data existing respectively in the land registration,housing registration,registration of woodland,grassland registration,registration of real estate registration waters,so in the unified registration of immovable property system,not real estate registration of multi-source data fusion,the need for an unified standard,the establishment of unified information management platform is very necessary.Based on the data of various types of land and real estate data as an example,from the micro perspective of real estate registration method of multi-source data fusion,data fusion strategy is proposed,in which fusion technology in the real estate registration using the given system as an example,the feasibility of the method proposed in this paper to prove.Data fusion can be divided into three levels: data fusion,feature level fusion and decision level fusion.In real estate registration information resources including the registration departments in business registration in the process of the formation of graphs,tables,cards,copies of the original data,audio or video data,each application system of database management system in the heterogeneous data and other data format statements(Excel etc.).Therefore,the multi-source data fusion in real estate is carried out according to the three levels of integration.The first is to realize data conversion and data association in the process of data fusion.Data conversion is the data cleaning of raw data from various sources,so as to form a standard database.Data association is based on the inherent correlation between the data resources to complete the connection between the basic data items,the discrete data associated with different sources of data,build a mutual relationship between the underlying data repository.Secondly,data segmentation and data aggregation are realized in the process of feature fusion.Establish the rules of segmentation,the segmentation of different dimensions of the relational database,the formation of a small number of different dimensions of the data cube,so as to facilitate the aggregation of different needs.Finally,we build a multidimensional data model.According to the established data multidimensional data model of land,time,houses and other data,and through a variety of data mining functions are integrated together,were analyzed in different size,and the formation of different subsets of data and query statistics for drilling,rotation,filtering,cutting and slicing each direction information and does not move in the abstract the different layers.
