The enactment of the property law and the provisional regulations on the registration of real estates has completely broken the system of registration of the former real estate division in China.From March 1,2015,the provisional regulations on real estate registration is officially implemented,which means that property rights such as land,housing,forestry and sea area will be registered by the real estate registration department.For historical reasons,the registration data stored in each registration unit will be transferred to the real estate registration database through data integration.How to integrate all kinds of real estate registration data accurately and quickly and establish the database of real estate registration results is the main problem of this study.Previous real estate registration work is carried out by each related management unit.Because of the different informatization level,different software platform,different data format,etc.,the real estate data exists heterogeneity.In this paper,the key technology,quality control and quality evaluation system of real estate data integration and construction are studied in this paper through the study of heterogeneous data integration and real estate data.1)The key technologies used in the consolidation of real estate data are studied.According to the different integration methods of the different types of real estate data,registration data integration is carried out through the heterogeneous data warehouse mode.And the integration of spatial data through the heterogeneous spatial data processing mode in the data conversion mode.The method based on the real estate unit number as the only construction field to establish the registration data and the spatial data association is described.2)The quality control method and evaluation system of real estate data integration and construction.The source,type and quality of the data in the real estate data warehouse are analyzed.We discuss the quality control method of each link in depth,use theoretical analysis,quantitative analysis and spatial analysis to construct quality elements and check the quality of the data integration database by software inspection and manual inspection to establish a data quality evaluation system for AHP decision analysis.3)The application of key technologies in the consolidation of real estate data.This study takes the real estate data integration of Nanchang city as an example.According to GEO,unified registration of immovable property management platform,this paper discusses the application of the above key techniques and quality control methods in the process of data integration and construction.Combined with the quality evaluation system,the results of the integrated building are evaluated.Through the application of data integration,the feasibility of the key technology and quality control method for real estate data integration is verified.
