As a big agricultural country,in recent years,China's agricultural exports continue to expand.According to statistics,China has now become the United States,the European Union,Canada,Brazil,after the fifth largest exporter of agricultural products.In the context of the globalization of the world economy and the rapid development of China's agriculture,many large agricultural enterprises in the world have entered our country.Their intervention has further improved the technical level and production capacity of China's agricultural enterprises,which is conducive to the norms of agricultural products in China.Making the Chinese agricultural enterprises have to face more intense international competition.Although China's labor-intensive agricultural products to increase the opportunity to participate in international competition,but China's participation in international competition in the leading enterprises generally small-scale production,product quality is poor,the brand is not strong.Especially in the coastal areas of some agricultural export base,many export enterprises are not only small,poor competitiveness,and because of the lack of guild collaboration mechanism,and sometimes compete for international markets often lower prices,engage in low-level,disorderly vicious competition,internal loss heavy.These factors seriously affect the agricultural enterprises to enter the international market model choice,then what factors affect the agricultural enterprises to enter the international market model choice,how these factors affect the agricultural enterprises to enter the international market model choice,how China's agricultural enterprises should participate in international competition to meet Global Market Challenges.These are questions to be studied in this paper.This paper first introduces the main mode of the international market entry and the various factors influencing the mode selection.Then,according to the characteristics of the agricultural enterprises,the author analyzes the factors influencing the international market entry mode of the agricultural products enterprises This paper constructs the conceptual model of the progressive decision-making of the international market entry mode of agricultural products enterprises,and takes the international market entry of agricultural enterprises in Sichuan as an example,using the analytic hierarchy process to get the bases of model selection by analyzing the ownership advantages and location advantages,the advantages of internalization and the advantages of the home country.
