Attribution Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Hollowing Out Of Rural Residential Areas

Based on the existing studies of the hollowing out of rural residential areas,this paper conducted field research on the hollowing out of rural settlements in Wulian County,Rizhao City.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper analyses the current situation of the hollowing out of rural settlements in Wulian County.Based on the questionnaire data,the specific influencing factors of the problem were analyzed,and the model was established to analyze the influence direction and influence degree of each factor.Finally,the feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the hollowing out of rural settlements in Wulian County.Based on the above ideas,the paper is divided into six parts to discuss this question: the first part is the introduction.This part mainly expounds the research background and significance of the article,discusses the relevant research theory and governance practice at home and abroad,expounds the research method and concrete research ideas,and puts forward the innovation of this article.The second part is the related concepts and theories.This part clearly defines the concept of the rural residential area,the homestead and the idle homestead,the hollowing out of the rural residential area and the hollow rate of the rural residential area,and then introduces the theory of "push-pull",social security theory,rural land Property rights theory,the optimal allocation of land resources theory,urban and rural integration theory as the theoretical basis of the article.The third part is the overview of research area,based on the relevant statistical data and literature,combined with the research results,summarizes the economic and social situation and the hollowness of rural settlements of Wulian County.The fourth part is the analysis of the sample characteristics,this part mainly classifies the research data,aims to lay the foundation for the follow-up study.The fifth part is the analysis of the factors which affecting the hollowing out of rural settlements in Wulian County.This section classifies the influencing factors into six categories.Logistic regression analysis model was used to quantitatively analyze the direction and effect of each influencing factor.The sixth part is the conclusion and countermeasure suggestion.On the basis of summing up the previous analysis results,this part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate and control the hollowing out of rural settlements in Wulian county.The main conclusions of the article include: at first,the current situation of rural residential areas in Wulian County has been very serious,and there are some differences in the hollow level of different township settlements in the county.And second,the level of development of rural residential areas in Wulian County is affected by various factors,the total age of household,the proportion of non-agricultural income in family income,the annual income of family,the total population of the family,the homestead location,housing market value,love complex,social security level differences,education level are significant influencing factors.
