| Taking Xiangtan County as an example,this paper will focus on the elderly care service in two hollowing villages in Xiangtan County.In recent years,the state and local governments have attached great importance to the pension service problems derived from the aging and hollowing out,and actively innovated and promoted various new pension models.Through investigation,the author combined interview and questionnaire survey as the main way to explore the current situation and difficulties of rural pension services in Xiangtan County,and further analyze the difficulties and put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.This paper can be divided into three parts.The first part includes chapter one and chapter two.In the first chapter,the research background,purpose and significance of this research topic are described in detail,then the current situation and concept of pension service at home and abroad are summarized and briefly commented,then the research content,basic ideas and research methods of this research topic are introduced,and finally the shortage and innovation of this paper are briefly explained.The second chapter mainly explains the related concepts of this study,and briefly analyzes the theories used in this study.The main theories used in this study include Maslow’s demand theory,welfare pluralism theory and social embeddedness theory.The second part is the main part of this paper,including chapter three and chapter four.First of all,the challenges faced by the rural elderly care service under the background of "hollowing out" are analyzed and summarized.Then,the current situation and existing problems of the rural elderly care service in Xiangtan County are described in detail,and then the causes of the dilemma of the rural elderly care service in Xiangtan County are analyzed.The third part is the last chapter.The fifth chapter provides operational suggestions for the existing problems of rural elderly care service in our county and puts forward the development of the elderly care service mode of combination of medical and nursing,promotion of smart elderly care,and better promotion of the construction of diversified elderly care service system. |
