Haikou City Entrepreneurial Environment Analysis Based On GEM Model

Entrepreneurship is always the important driving force to improve the development of economy,and also to be an important part of developing the country and regional economy.As the call " entrepreneurship and innovation by all" has launche by the premier Li keqiang,the research on entrepreneurship become a focus once again,as the indispensable factors that affect entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship environment inevitably became one of the hot spot of research.The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM)model is a by using frequently analysis model of entrepreneurship environment,it have already been to use analysis the entrepreneurship environment by many cities in China.Haikou city has special history and geography,its economic development has been in the middle and lower reaches of the level in China,so it has the vital significance for Haikou city to analysis the entrepreneurship environment and find out the relatively weak links,and then proposed countermeasure when in the current China economic transformation,growth is slowing.This paper using the GEM model,investigate the professionals in the field of the government,enterprises,colleges,financial institutions by questionnaire,through the comparison with the Chinese average data and the actual analysis,we found that the relatively weak link of the entrepreneurial environment in Haikou city,and put forward to strengthen the construction of financial service system,strengthen the cooperation system of the industry-university-research,flexible social project for government projects,support the intermediary service institutions,strengthen market supervision,promote the entrepreneurial culture,a total of six suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial environment in haikou city.
