The premise of the level of social economy and ecological protection of rapid development on the agenda,how to make reasonable allocation of the limited land resources and make full use of the land use planning,realize the transform from"index of planning" to "spatial planning",is to realize the optimization of land resource allocation is an important problem in land use planning.Under the trend of rapid urbanization,the rational and effective allocation of resources is the key to the consolidation of urbanization and regional economic and social progress.Based on the market orientation as the optimal allocation of resources in the process of planning by means of land use,the history and current situation of land use planning and research studies at home and abroad,to understand the land use planning of land use in China’s development process and significance of land use planning in different countries,research methods and means of rapid urbanization under the guidance of market the area of township planning.To study in Zhejiang province Yiwu City Jiangdong Street,using the SPSS software,DPS software in Yiwu city and Jiangdong Street construction site,agricultural land analysis and prediction,in order to clear the basic demand as the foundation,combine the space layout and demand by GIS software,while demand by supply constraints.Finally,the market orientation is preferred to optimize the allocation of resources to achieve the combination of social,economic and ecological benefits.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Research on the theory of planning revision under market orientation.Based on the study of the theory of tradition land use planning,this paper summarizes the concept of market orientation and its theoretical basis for the allocation of individual rationality and holistic rationality.Based on theoretical research,the basic research of planning revision.2.Research on the basic planning under market orientation.Market orientation is the optimal allocation of resources in the rapid urbanization area,with reasonable analysis and prediction of basic demand as the basic of market orientation,to realize the combination of supply and demand quantity and space planning.Using multiple regression analysis and grey system GM(1,1)model to forecast the demand of construction land in Yiwu and Jiangdong Street.Social factors and economic factors are the factors that influence the demand of construction land.As the basic research of township planning.3.The combination of theoretical research and basic research,case study,using GIS software to realize the combination of planning and layout requirements,put forward two ways on demand with the revision of layout of fish under the guidance of market,optimize the allocation of resources.
