| Urbanization is a comprehensive aggregation process of regional economy, culture and other elements.Through constant flow and optimal al ocation of various social elements between the urban and rural areas in the process of urbanization,the integration of urban and rural developmentand will be ultimately achieved.Currently,C hina's urbanization has made great achievements.However, the past periods of time,urbanization development mode that pay more attention to urbanization scale rather than its quality has brought a series of urbaniza t io n problems,which leads to the gap between urban and rural was more and more widely pulling and dual structure in urban and rural economy is quite obvious.This situation has gradually become a restrictive factor affecting the healthy development of urbanization in China.N ew urbanization is more and more valued by people since the helding of the eighteen Congress of the Communist Party of China,and urban and rural urbanization is an important way to achieve new urbanization, is one of its core content.Lanzhou is the provincial capital of Gansu Province, the degree of urbanization leading to other areas of the province.Recent years, with the development of National New District, Lanzhou New District, the speed of its urbanization significantly accelerated, it has been in the key phase of the construction of urbanization nowadays.However, compared with other parts of China, the level of urbanization in Lanzhou is still relatively low, and the urban and rural gap is widening.As one of the most important node city in "Belt and Road Initiative " city zone and one of frontier area of Western development,the healthy development of urbanization in Lanzhou is not only related to the sustainable development of the region itself, but also has a good reference for the development of other regions.Currently,in the context of new urbanization,it is necessary to measure the urbanization quality of Lanzhou from the perspective of integration of urban and rural and to explore the regional difference and spatial characterist ics of urbanization quality in Lanzhou city from the perspective of geographical space.The comprehensive evaluation of urbanization quality in Lanzhou was carried out by using the comprehensive evaluation model of "index system, index weight and urbaniza t io n quality".A comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization quality in Lanzhou was constructed in this paper based on the concept of urbanization and the perspective of urban and rural co-ordination,this index system was improved through the general evaluation index system of urbanization level based on the data acquisition,where the first National Geographic National Census results in Lanzhou was used as the main source of data, combined with the county Statistical Yearbook(2013). The regional spatial difference and spatial clustering characteristics of urbanization quality in Lanzhou city were analyzed by using GIS spatial classification method and spatial autocorrelation method,111 townships(towns, streets) in Lanzhou city as the research area.Finally,the relationship between population urbanization rate and the quality of urbanization was analyzed through coordination degree model and the spatial coordination of different types was divided. The main research contents and results of this paper include the following points:(1)The Spatial difference of urbanization quality in Lanzhou is obvious, mainly for the difference between urban and rural areas.The quality of urbanization is highest in the central region,where the East is higher than that of the West,and the South is higher than that of the North.Xigu District and Qilihe District where the urbanization quality is the same level and quite higher than the other counties(districts),Gaolan county and Yongdeng County reach the minimum.From the point of township(town, street) scale,the quality of urbanization is higher in Donggang Road West, Zhangye road and Peili etc., the quality of urbanization is far lower in Qishan,Tongyuan etc..(2)The urbanization quality of Lanzhou city has spatial clustering.The urbanization qualit y of some adjacent streets(towns) shows the regional similarity.Local areas that the centers are Donggang street Xincheng town respectively,where the overall urbanization quality is high and the spatial correlation degree is large, is the "hot spot" of urbanization quality in Lanzhou. On the Contrary,in the local area that in the center of Liancheng town, the quality of urbanization is low and the spatial correlation is large, which is the "cold spot" of urbaniza t io n quality in Lanzhou.(3)Population urbanization rate ahead of Urbanization quality in Lanzhou.The populatio n urbanization rate of 8 units, such as Agan town, Xiaokangying township, and so on, is seriously lagging behind;27 units of moderate lag like Xiaguanying Township;25 units relative coordination like Shidong Town;12 unit population urbanization rate of moderate advance like Pingan Town;39 units where the population urbanization rate is serious in advance of urbanization quality like Zhongchuan Town.In the process of urbanization, the construction of urban infrastructure is relatively large, the quality of urban economy, public service quality seriously inadequate,the living environment most seriously lag of.Research results in this paper contribute to scientific grasp of the laws of the development of urbanization, rational development of effective urbanization planning,and has certain scientific guiding role in promoting the process of healthy urbanization. |
