Economic development is always accompanied by energy consumption and other issues as well.There were common problems around the whole world on how to ensure rapid economic growth with reducing the use of non-clean energy at the same time so as to decrease the level of environmental pollution these days.Construction of the global energy Internet is the fundamental measure to promote the energy revolution.The essence of Global Energy Internet is "UHV Grid +Smart Grid +Clean Energy",the state ubiquitous smart grid is the basic unit of global energy Internet while smart grid is the key link and the essence of the smart grid is to achieve rapid generation interaction between the side and the demand side response.This article studies the interaction of smart grid information flow,real-time control based on the demand-side power of information,the demand for residential users in Zhejiang province based on different smart grid price policy response.On the basis of smart grid introduction and DSM development in major counties as well as the current domestic electricity price.Firstly,researches on residential electricity consumption and residents' response to smart electricity demand in Zhejiang province,and proposing the pricing method of residential electricity price while establishing the step price model based on Cairns consumption function.The results show that the current ladder pricing policy fits in Zhejiang Province.Secondly,analysis the characteristics of Summer electricity load,Effect of summer air conditioning load on the grid load characteristics.By proposing to implement smart grid can interrupt the air conditioning load of inhabitants,was constructed under the Smart Grid residents may interrupt the air conditioning load power consumption model,developed residents interruptible load compensation price.Finally,describes the quasi-real-time pricing in the sense of smart grid,constructed quasi real-time pricing model for the situation in Zhejiang province,near real-time analysis of the impact of the smart grid electricity price for residential users,so residents in the implementation of the tariff study under the situation with power status.
