With the development of scientific and technological progress,the electricity power position in the social economy goes more and more important,especially after the revolution of information technology,electricity power has become an essential part of people's daily life and work.Electricity market consists of power generation,transmission,sale of electricity and users,four aspects of the electricity market has provided a guarantee for people's work and life with healthy,stable and sustainable development.After entering the 1970 s,in response to the growing demand for electricity,countries around the world have to reform the power system,changing the original "production-transmission-sales" vertical monopoly model,introduce the competitive elements in the electricity market.In 2002,our country proposed the electric power system reform strategy "seize the middle,releasing two",namely open power market and the sale of electricity markets,to seize the power transmission intermediate links.Encourage private capital to enter the electricity markets of generation and sale,to develop various forms of power generation and sale of electricity way,demand-side management is the main way of the competition in the sale of electricity markets.The development of smart grid has injected new vitality into the reform of power market.Smart grid integrates the interests of power producers,transmission power grids,retailers and users,and tries to maximize the social benefits,to provide technical support of the reform for all aspects in the electricity market.Smart meters and energy management systems are the technical basis for implementing demand responses,and the active participation of retailers and users is the implementation goals of the demand response.The paper mainly studies the effect of real-time electricity price on demand behavior of electricity users.Firstly,the concept of demand response and its classification are introduced,and the development process and current situation of demand response at home and abroad are compared and analyzed.Secondly,the goal optimization model which based on the efficiency of the retail side and the demand side is established,and the retailer's interest is maximized as the objective function,the demand elasticity and the response degree of the user are added in constraint.The real-time electricity consumption data is used to simulate in Ontario,Canada,to analyze the impact of the real-time electricity price on the users' behavior without subsidy,the results show the user in the condition of real-time electricity price will change their behavior to reduce electricity costs.Thirdly,we established a single-objective optimization model which based on user's electricity cost and satisfaction.The user's electricity consumption and the satisfaction of electricity are minimized as the objective function.The demand elasticity and credit system are added to the restriction condition,using real-time consumption data,to simulate of a county in Jiangsu Province,explore the impact on electricity consumption behavior of the real-time electricity price under the credit subsidies.The addition of the credit system enhances the enthusiasm of the user to participate in the demand response,the user to consider the cost of electricity at the same time to achieve the purpose of the peak cutting.Finally,the paper summarizes the work of the whole paper,and provides the theoretical basis for the reform of the demand side of China's electricity market.
