In order to improve the reliability,economy and safety of the production system,the maintenance strategy of the production system is mainly to "prevent the maintenance of the main,auxiliary maintenance and other maintenance strategies." The enterprise is mainly in accordance with the actual experience of maintenance personnel or manufacturers to specify the established cycle of preventive maintenance,the lack of production system equipment performance and status analysis may lead to over-maintenance of equipment and lack of maintenance at the same time the phenomenon.According to the problems in the application of series production system in the prevention and maintenance strategy,this paper puts forward a more realistic fault description model and preventive maintenance strategy through the research on the failure of the production system and the operation of the maintenance system.The specific research contents of this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,In order to describe the actual situation of the failure rate of the equipment,two maintenance improvement factors of service age reduction factor and failure rate increment factor are introduced,mixed equipment failure rate evolution model was established,to provide a reliable basis for the decision-making of the preventive maintenance of equipment.Based on this,the single equipment prevention and maintenance strategy model of the production system is established under the limited time interval of the system,taking the single equipment of the production system as the research object.The model take the minimum of the total maintenance cost per unit time as optimizing target,and uses Matlab to optimize the solution,and finally get the results of the best preventive maintenance cycle and maintenance times in single device in the life cycle.Secondly,Based on the single-equipment preventive maintenance model,the multi-device series production system is taken as the research object,and the idea of opportunity maintenance is introduced.The economic correlation and structural correlation between the devices are taken into consideration.In the limited time interval,Take the reliability of the equipment as the constraint condition,and the maintenance model of the multi-equipment opportunity of the production system with the minimum maintenance cost and the maximum availability is optimized.The model takes the opportunity maintenance threshold of the production system as the judgment condition,and carries on the preventive maintenance activity to the multiple equipment which meets the opportunity maintenance condition at the same time.The optimization strategy is optimized by Matlab software,and the optimal maintenance threshold of the system is obtained.Finally,through the equipment failure data of the rim manufacturing system of S machinery manufacturing enterprises,put the maintenance optimization model into practical in this paper.The results show that the multi-equipment opportunity prevention and maintenance strategy of the production system is better than the single-equipment preventive maintenance strategy,and the times of downtime is obviously reduced,which fully explains the effectiveness of the mechanism to prevent the maintenance model,and provides theoretic base for the enterprise to develop the equipment maintenance plan.
