With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,the industry has been increasingly competitive,the update speed of products become faster,brings opportunities and challenges to the enterprise's development,while the requirements of the production equipment is getting higher and higher.In today's manufacturing enterprises the equipment efficiency is generally low,the equipment did not play its maximum potential,unable to meet the production requirements,in order to change the status quo,and to avoid to purchase new equipment brings great funds pressure to the enterprise.How to dig the maximum potential of existing equipment to improve the overall equipment effectiveness(OEE)and enterprise competitiveness,become the improve target of enterprise.In this paper,in order to improve the overall equipment effectiveness,combined with the lean production ideas,make the main factors influence the comprehensive efficiency of key equipment of C company as the main improvement projects,studies the method to improve the OEE of the welding equipment,and promote lean TPM management measures,aiming at improving the equipment production efficiency and equipment management level of C company.Paper first summarizes the relevant theories,including lean production,OEE,TPM management and lean TPM management,comprehensive application of above theory,establish the idea of enhance and improve the OEE management of C company.Secondly,combined with the theory and the actual production situation,set out the welding equipment data collection plan and summarized the various losses,according to the OEE results of actual data analyzed,further analysis the influence factors of OEE losses.Then,in view of the factors that affect the loss of the welding equipment OEE are analyzed from three main aspects:equipment time utilization ratio,equipment device performance ratio and product qualification ratio,by redesign operating steps,making fault handling program,increase the visual management kanban and so on to improve the exchange line and falut loss,in order to improve the equipment time utilization ratio;uses the fishbone diagram analysis method and with Minitab software to determine the optimum combination of welding temperature and welding time to reduce the loss of small short stop,speed loss and product quality loss,to achieve the purpose of improving the equipment device performance ratio and product qualification ratio.Finally,according to the overall environment of the C company equipment management problems,use fishbone analysis method,through establish the lean TPM team in company,perfect 6S management,develop self maintenance plans and strengthen personnel incentive measures,provide powerful guarantee for enhancing the whole equipment management level and continuously improve the OEEThrough the work of this paper and the continuous improvement of the company for eleven months,the C company welding equipment OEE continued promote,the effect of improvement measures is significant,showed that suitability and effectiveness of the improvement measures,make a good demonstration for fully implement improve measures in company.
