As the Environmental protection is China's basic national policy,green development concept gained the full supported from people.the construction industry as a pillar industry must be changing and upgrading.the focus must be set on green building.The disadvantages of traditional methods of construction are incompatible with sustainable development,and prefabricated buildings are the best alternative.The quality of the implementation of prefabricated building is directly affected by the bidding activities,in which the selection of evaluation methods is the key influencing factors.In order to better achieve the management of prefabricated buildings,we not only need to learn from bidding activities in the common bidding process and evaluation methods,but also reference to the commonly used index system and combined with the characteristics of prefabricated building.as a result this paper will puts forward a bid evaluation method that meets the actual demand of prefabricated building,which lay a good foundation for the project to ensure the quality,reduce cost and accelerate the speed.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation method in dealing with the qualitative concept,and the cloud model can change the qualitative concept into quantitative concepts.meantime the inevitable ambiguity and randomness can be integration and it can build qualitative and quantitative indicators of the advantages of one by one mapping.then we Proposed the application of cloud model to convert qualitative and quantitative concepts.In the process of exploring the bidder 's evaluation,it is found that there are some problems.such as the lack of objective selection,the lack of index screening steps and the irrationality of the index weight.In view of this kind of problem,this paper has improved the index selection and the weight setting.This paper sets up the index system into three layers through comprehensive analysis of assembly buildings,literature research and expert interviews.The first layer is the target layer,the second layer is the primary index,the third layer is the secondary index.First-level indicators are usually set to three primary indicators,we assembly of the construction project attaches great importance to the characteristics of the design part of the literature and research conclusions,the final analysis identified as four primary indicators,the specific part of the design alone as a primary indicator.The second-level index is to combine Pearson's X ^ 2 test with the principal component analysis,to carry out the second-level index screening,and finally to fourteen secondary indicators.Finally,the integrated target layer,the primary and secondary indicators to determine thefinal index system.After determining the index system,this paper is not enough objective and scientific to make up for the commonly used analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,making the weight setting method is more simple and easy to operate,we compared,then we decide use the G1 method to calculate the weight of the index.In order to make each indicator evaluation can be express in cloud,we need to conduct the G1 method after the weight of the cloud control,so that qualitative and quantitative indicators can be expressed with the cloud of three digital features.Qualitative indicators deal by the follow way.it using the matlab programe to deal the score which give by experts,then get the maximum and minimum cloud of the three digital features,and finally the use of integrated cloud formula to obtain qualitative indicators of the cloud.Quantitative indicators of the treatment is determined by the type of indicators,and then through the forward and reverse indicators of the corresponding calculation method to obtain quantitative indicators of the cloud.After the evaluation of the cloud value of each index,compared with the standard cloud which was evaluated by the golden section rate method,the final determination of the winning one.This article will Lu'an City Phoenix City residential area two residential industrialization project as the case of this paper,applied this case to The cloud model based on the assembly of architectural evaluation method.This model not only can cover other methods can not reflect the information,but also intuitive The results of the evaluation.The results of the model also show the robustness and practical.
