Research On Design Method For Industrial Products Of Prefabricated Bathroom

In the design and construction process of solar decathlon competition, The Competition works from European and American countries which embodies high international development level from aspects of design concept,science and technology level,industrialized production and site management, etc. Therefore, we recognized that the advantageous of industrialization,high standardization degree of Construction,greatly shortened the Construction cycle,energy and land-saving,with good economics and high reliability are very important for us to Push Forward new building system. Taking toilet as the research object, it has small space, but concentrates many kinds of majors, such as design, engineering, water, heating, electronic engineering, decoration and so on. The system will accommodate water pipeline, electric circuit, flue pipeline,basin,squats the bedpan and other equipments. So the industrialized development of toilet is the importance and difficulty points for the project. Take the toilet for example in this thesis,to study on the design methods of the Prefabricated Bathroom with the development of industrialization.The thesis is divided into three parts:In the first part of the thesis (chapterⅠ,chapterⅡ), Chapter 1 reviews the research background, meaning and establishes the research content and method, on the basis of research on present situation investigation of toilet , we find out the problems and analysis them, forming the appropriate design strategy in combination with the modern living style and behavior pattern——that is the integral design for toilet. The thesis expounds the concept and development of Prefabricated Bathroom, According to related theory researches and analysis of abroad experience and Domestic relevant theory, Integrated Analysis of system, technology and function in the Prefabricated Bathroom. We analyzed the disadvantages of traditional model in toilet, pointing out that the development of Prefabricated Bathroom is not only accordance with sustainable development but also suitable for the trend of building mode of currently developmental full decoration in china.The second part (chapterⅢ), the Prefabricated Bathroom appeared, it makes great changes of space utilization and architectural design. From the Perspective of architect, it puts forward appropriate design method. Including the location of toilet in the building, layout, areas, separating dry space from moist space, elastic design, comprehensive arrangement of pipeline, ventilation, lighting, the integral design of toilet and universal design of space. According to application mode of Prefabricated Bathroom ,the dissertation has produced several breakthrough point in view of the present county.The third part (chapterⅣ,chapterⅤ), with the analysis of application range of Prefabricated Bathroom, We put forward some constructive suggestions and find out the several breakthrough point on how to design the Prefabricated Bathroom of family, hotel and hospital. At the end of article, it was discussed that the development of prefabricated bathroom orientation in future. Analyses on the Causes of insufficient prefabricated bathroom, it is pointed out that the new trend is Integral Design after the induction and summarization for toilet in future.
