Compared to the traditional extensive construction way,prefabricated building can save energy and resources,shorten the construction period,improve production efficiency,ensure project quality,reduce construction waste emissions,dust and noise pollution of the environment.So prefabricated building has gradually become a powerful starting point for the green development of urban and rural housing construction area the only way to improve the quality of housing.In recent years,the development of fabricated buildings has been strongly supported by the state and society.Especially,all provinces and municipalities across the country in China have promulgated the supporting policy of building industrialization,which brings huge brings huge market space to the development of fabricated buildings.However,since there is a time gap and different levels of economy,technology,management and policy in the development of assembly architecture,the unbalanced phenomenon in different regions is becoming more and more prominent,even occurred in different regions in the same province.This shows that the regional development goals of the assembly building are not unified,the science of optimizing resources and decision-making management is not high,and the path of development is not clear and so on.Moreover,the research finds that the theoretical system of the evaluation of the regional development level of assembly building is not perfect at present.There are some confusion in the evaluation index,the rationality in science is not high enough,and the evaluation method is relatively backward.Therefore,researches on the evaluation of prefabricated construction level of regional development,put forward a set of scientific and accurate evaluation system and evaluation method to guarantee a good accurate and objective measure of prefabricated building regional development level,find the reasons for the gap between different regions,and provide scientific decision reference for government planning,rational deployment and Optimization Management.In the construction of indicators,this paper analyzed the factors affecting the regional development of prebricated building from the perspective of industrial regional competitiveness and the theory of industrial space agglomeration after clearly defining the related concepts in the assembly building,the level of regional development,.At the same time,the reflect indicators reflecting quantity,quality and benefit and the cause index that reflecting management,technology,economy,and market have been preliminarily established based on knowledge accumulation of expert experience and research results at home and abroad on the level of regional development of assembly building via reading literature.Then,the quantitative analysis method of DEMATEL is used to calculate index centrality,cause degree,relative influence degree and relative influence degree,and draw index network relationship diagram,so as to analyze the internal relationship between indexes,and optimize the screening evaluation index.Finally,we build the evaluation index system of 5 dimensions,20 two level indicator have been built,including development scale,development potential,production and construction technology,technological innovation capability and management level.In the construction of model,fuzzy grey element theory is chosen as a comprehensive evaluation model,in order to reflect the fuzziness,assembling building regional development level evaluation and development level characteristics of incompatibility between data and information.Also the weights can not only need to avoid the one sidedness of the weighting method in single characteristic process,but also reflect the preference,knowledge level and objective weight to ensure accurate and reasonable.In this regard,adopts the combination of subjective empowerment(AHP)and objective weighting(entropy weight)method(game theory).Finally,through the relevant statistics data of 31 provinces(provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions)is selected in 2016,the level of the regional development of the assembly building is measured from the macro perspective of 7 regions(such as North China,East China and Southern China,and so on),and the micro perspective of 31 provinces(such as Beijing,Shandong and Jiangsu,and so on)in China.The results showed that:1)the regional differences in the level of prefabricated building development in China is remarkable,an overall level of trapezoidal distribution also showed;generally high development of prefabricated construction industry in East China,followed by central,north,southwest,northeast and northwest Southern China,the development phase of the weak.2)Shandong,Jiangsu,Beijing and other provinces have developed fabricated buildings very well,while relatively backward in Tibet,Xinjiang,Shaanxi,Yunnan,Hainan,Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia,some specific implementation proposals for the development of prefebricated building have been also put forward.The research results are consistent with reality which indicated that the evaluation index system of regional development level of prefabricated building is scientific and reasonable,and the evaluation model is accurate and applicable.Moreover,the research results can provide decision-making references for the government to plan scientifically and optimize the resources efficiently and reasonably,so as to boost the good and fast development of the prefabricated buildings.
