Research On The Influence Mechanism Of R&D Expenditure On Enterprise Value In Technical Service Enterprises

The speeding up of economic globalization,the international division of labor and industry international transfer of escalating,increases the division of labor system of dominated by developed countries from vertical integration into a vertical specialization,developing countries due to lack of independent innovation has long been locked in the international division of labor system controlled by the developed countries of low value-added links of the enterprise value is difficult to ascend.While developing countries participate in the division of labor in the process of learning and absorption of advanced technologies,to some extent,enhance the enterprise competitiveness,promote the improvement of the enterprise own value,but the developed countries to maintain their advantage position to blockade of key core technology,make enterprises in developing countries is always in the low value-added part in international division of labor system,low level of enterprise technology innovation,the lack of a strong competitive power.In this situation,to change the general situation of developing countries must be increased spending on research and development,technical innovation.Although in recent years,our country increasing spending on research and development,but compared with developed countries still there is a big gap,the main reason is our country enterprise has not been deeply realize the importance of R&D spending.So the research and development spending the influence mechanism of enterprise value to can encourage China's enterprises increased spending on research and development,strengthen independent innovation ability,get rid of low value-added part in international division of labor has important significance.This article through to the old and new accounting standards under the R&D expenditure accounting treatment for the enterprise to carry out scientific research activities,increase spending on research and development,the different influence of pointed out that the implementation of new standards to increase spending on research and development for technical innovation.And by collecting,sorting,the national bureau of statistics of 2007-2016 data of scientific research,the current situation of the research and development spending of our country were analyzed,and pointed out that the new guidelines,R&D spending increased year by year,but compared with developed countries,the research and development spending is still insufficient,still need to increase spending on research and development in order to improve the independent innovation ability,emphasizes the research and development spending on the important role of enterprise value,and the influence mechanism of R&D spending to the enterprise value are discussed.Finally,I select of more than 50 technical service-oriented businesses spending on research and development of the related data in 2011-2015 on research topics of this article tries to demonstrate,it is concluded that R&D spending has positive correlation to the enterprise value,the outstanding R&D spending has an important role of enterprise value.With normative research,innovation point of this article is the first in-depth analysis of the research and development spending influence on enterprise technology innovation and enterprise value,and then through the empirical analysis,the results of different accounting treatment of enterprise value influence has carried on the empirical test,further illustrate the importance of R&D spending different accounting treatment,as well as the impact on the enterprise value.Combines normative analysis and empirical analysis method,has strong persuasive.
