Research On The Financial Support Of Developing Strategic Emerging Industry In Gan Su

In the global economic development circumstance,the strategic emerging industries is an important force to lead the regional economic development,and it takes an important impact on speeding up the adjustment of economic structure and on changing the economic development mode.At present many countries and regions regard the development of strategic emerging industry as its goal.As a province with backward economy in China,Gansu Province must seize the opportunity of developing strategic emerging industries to realize the goal of leap forward development,to upgrade the industry,and to guarantee the long-term stability.The cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries is a comprehensive project,which plays a decisive role in financial support,and needs the support of management,technology and resources.At present,with most of the strategic emerging industries are in the early stage of development,they confront with an uncertain prospect of developmental,the high risks,and the patent financing difficulties.But with development,the industrial scale will rapidly expand,a substantial demand for funds will increase,it will need a healthy and diversified financing channels to provide financial support as well.So it is much more important for Gansu province to solve the financial problem and to propel the strategic emerging industries to a rapid development.Aiming at the financial support for the strategicemerging industry expansion of Gansu Province,this paper is significant practically.First the paper makes a comprehensive definition of strategic emerging industries and the concept of financial support.Then it analyzes the effect of different methods of financial support for industrial development,and discusses the current situation of Gansu's strategic emerging industry of current financial support.On the basis above,it takes 15 strategic emerging industries listed companies in Gansu province as a sample,and regard the return on net assets as a dependent variable to represent the strategic emerging enterprises operating results,taking the net assets income rate in bank lending funds rate,bonds payable rate,equity financing rate,internal funds support,commercial credit ratio as independent variables.With quarterly data is from March 2010 to June 2016.It set the empirical analysis of financial support of strategic emerging industries.The empirical results show that the effect of financial support on the industrial development is different.Finally,on the basis of domestic and international practice,the paper puts forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions of financial support for the development of strategic emerging industries in Gansu province.
