Research On Multinational Cooperation Model And Performance Improvement Of China-ASEAN Agricultural Enterprises

The continuous advancement of the construction of China-ASEAN free trade area(free trade zone)makes ASEAN become the second largest agricultural products export destination and the third largest agricultural products import source,because of the congenital conditions of' dilirenhe ",the number of transnational cooperation of China-ASEAN agricultural enterprises is more and more.Although the China-ASEAN agricultural enterprises have achieved initial results,the cooperation performance is not ideal.The survey results show that the lack of experience of transnational cooperation of agricultural enterprises,the lack of comprehensive understanding of cross-border cooperation of agricultural enterprises and the promotion of cooperative performance is not clear the main reason leading to the performance of multinational cooperation.Therefore,it is important to study the transnational cooperative model of China-ASEAN agricultural enterprises and its performance improvement,and can be China.This paper mainly adopts literature research,investigation and interview and case study to study it.This paper summarizes the status and characteristics of agricultural enterprises cooperation between China and ASEAN,and divides their cooperation patterns into six types from the perspective of horizontal and vertical value chains,respectively,joint r&d of horizontal cross-border cooperation,joint procurement,joint production and joint marketing.Vertical cross-border cooperation in the procurement-production cooperation and production-sales cooperation.Combined with the life cycle theory,the transnational cooperation mechanism framework of China-ASEAN agricultural enterprises,analyzes the relationship between the cooperative model and cooperative performance,and then extracts the influencing factors model of the cooperation performance of China-ASEAN agricultural enterprises,and finally illustrates.According to the influencing factors model of the cooperation performance,this paper puts forward the strategy of promoting cooperation performance from two angles of cooperation formation stage and cooperation process stage:the cooperative formation stage needs to prepare fully,select the right partner and improve the cooperative risk prevention mechanism;The cooperation process stage needs to adopt the strategies of improving communication efficiency,establishing effective trust mechanism,resolving the conflict between the internal enterprises of cooperation system,realizing the cultural integration of cooperative enterprises and regular evaluation and feedback on cooperative performance.
