A Study On The Willingness Of Poor Households To Participate In Farmer Cooperatives In Guangxi

Since the reform and opening up,the implementation of poverty alleviation and development in China has made 700 million poor people out of poverty in rural areas,and achieved great success.Even though this kind of poor governance relying on external energy has made brilliant achievements,but in fact,it has not yet aroused the inherent vitality of the poverty-stricken areas.In order to achieve a great victory in the fight against poverty,we must exert its inherent power,that is,to play the main role of the poor.If you want to play the main role of the poor people,you need a carrier.Farmer cooperatives is the joint,has the natural attributes of the pro poor,so poor households by joining the cooperatives,increase in material wealth but also can enhance the ability of self-management,material poverty and poverty reduction ability of double target.In this paper,firstly,the definition of farmer cooperatives,poverty,and then the transaction cost theory,principal-agent theory,Participatory development theory as the theoretical basis of the full text.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of the poor households participating in the poverty alleviation in Guangxi.That poor households can rely on land or rent,priority employment,preferential stock allocation,obtain diversified service in cooperation,and play the role of carrier of cooperatives,to achieve poverty alleviation objectives in the use of limited resources under the conditions of poverty alleviation.Furthermore,this text based on poor perspective by adopting the method of binary logistic analysis of factors influencing the poor to participate in cooperative intention,it is concluded that age,land area,income,industry growing experience,cooperatives difficult reflection mechanism,cooperative profit distribution mechanism as a significant influencing factors.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions according to the plight of poor households to participate in cooperative poverty alleviation and empirical factors.According to the poor to participate in the plight of poverty and empirical factors of cooperative is put forward based on the specific situation of the poor rich poor participation form,perfect the credit system to borrow the poor out of poverty,to strengthen the cooperative dock with the enterprises to extend the industrial chain,to carry out the community counselor training and orientation,difficult reaction mechanism maintaining membership interests,perfecting the system of construction specification cooperative operation,improve the management ability enhancement for external risk against the proposal.
