Since the second half of the 20 th century, skilled workers and unskilled workers continue to widen the income gap is the focus of attention in academia, the reason, many developed countries through the study of developed countries that is biased technology Progress has led to the emergence of this phenomenon, and China has experienced rapid economic growth, the income gap has gradually expanded trend, therefore, the study of China's skilled workers and unskilled workers to expand the income gap has a very important practical significance In view of this, based on the previous research, this paper studies the difference of skilled wage difference between urban residents in China by constructing the theoretical model and carrying out empirical analysis using our domestic micro-data.This paper first summarizes the background and significance of the topic selection, including the theoretical and practical significance, the theoretical significance is to enrich our country from the perspective of opening up,technological progress from the perspective of the gap between the skills of the literature, the practical significance of the reasons for the study of wage gap can be Industrial institutions to optimize the long-term sustainable development of the economy to provide a little advice, after the domestic and foreign relevant skills and wages of the relevant theories and literature to do a summary and comparison of the international opening and wage gap on the main research in the following directions : The new trade theory, outsourcing theory and biased technological progress theory, and our current skills from the perspective of technical progress in the analysis of differences in skills and wages of the literature is still less, mostly from the provincial and industry point of view, the lack of micro-individual data level This paper draws on the research of Acemoglu and Wang Cunfeng, constructs a simplified model of one country and two models, obtains the function of relative wage difference and puts forward proposition: when there is only one country's closed case, when a country's technological progress is biased In the case of skilled labor, the relative wage of skilled labor will rise, and the wage gap between skilled and unskilled workers will widen. In the two countries, one country is a developed country, one is a developing country and two countries have different resource endowments,In the presence of international trade, developing countries, relative to developed countries, due to relatively unsustainable labor,in skilled trade with developed countries,trade,non-skilled labor wage differences will be reduced, when the introduction ofdeveloped countries If the foreign-funded enterprises mainly invest in skills-intensive products and the technical level is higher than the technical level of their local enterprises, the existence of foreign-funded enterprises will widen their wage gap.If foreign-invested enterprises invest in non-skills-intensive products, and the technical level is higher than their local enterprises, then the existence of foreign-funded enterprises will narrow the income gap. Then, using the microcosmic data of urban residents in China and the corresponding provincial macro data in CHIP2007,2008 and 2013 database,it is found that the number of skilled workers in China is far less than that of unskilled workers and skilled workers The salary gap is also higher than that of the unskilled workers. The wage gap between the different skill groups is smaller than the overall wage gap.The wage difference in China is larger than that in the skilled and unskilled workers, and the empirical analysis is carried out by the econometric model. The results show that the opening to the outside world and the technological progress have a positive effect on the wages of the urban residents. At the same time, the opening to the outside world and the technological progress are all biased towards the skilled labor force, and the influence on the skilled labor is greater than that of the non-skilled labor.Open and widened the wage gap,the impact of gender on wages is also very significant,non-skilled groups than the sex groups of gender discrimination is more serious, for the above conclusions, this paper should seize the opportunity to optimize the trade structure, industrial institutions, strengthen the popularity of higher education,Increase the investment in education, pay special attention to strengthening the education and training of non-skilled workers, increase the number of skilled labor force in China, and establish the corresponding wage growth mechanism, social security mechanism, and gradually eliminate gender discrimination in employment.
