In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly.Technological progress plays a role on the transitions of economic growth mode, but there are still many problems:First, the degree of intensive economic growth mode is not enough;Second, the effect of technological progress on economic growth mode is not prominent;Thirdly, the importance of biased technological progress in the transformation of economic growth mode has not been paid attention to.To this end,the academic circles at home and abroad have done a series of research on the relationship around the biased technological progress and economic growth mode, and has achieved initial results, but there are still the following deficiencies:First, they considered trade, skills, etc.having impact of biased technological progress, did not consider the elements of input structure;Second, the scholars analysis the influence mechanism of biased technological progress in empirical method, but failed to expound its influence mechanism in theoretical analysis;Third, the mechanism analysis failed to distinguish between long term and short term;Fourth, the relevant literature have not been discussed by guiding the technological progress bias to change,To this end,we choose this topic to study,on the one hand to make up for the lack of existing research,on the other hand it also provides a scientific basis for China to change the mode of economic growth in order to achieve sustainable development.Based on this,in the article structure arrangement, this article first analyzes the basic theory of economic growth in political economy and western economics, which provides the theoretical basis for the research and policy suggestion of the following,Secondly, with the comparison of the relevant data,it shows the current situation of China's biased technological progress and economic growth mode.Thirdly, according to the definition of biased technological progress, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of Capital-biased technological progress and labor-biased technological progress on the transformation of economic growth mode by equal product curve, and distinguishes the different mechanism between short term and long term. Finally, based on the CES production function, this paper constructs the relevant empirical model, and takes the relevant index data of China from 2000 to 2014 to conduct empirical analysis.According to the conclusions, some policy suggestions are put forward. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The elements inputs structure of a country has an impact on the direction of biased technological progress.Putting investment into a certain factor will lead to technological progress in its direction.(2)With the Isoquant Curve,we can analyze the mechanism of capital-biased technological progress on the transformation of economic growth mode. The capital-biased technological progress plays an inhibitory role in the transformation of economic growth mode.Labor-oriented technological progress can promote the transformation of economic growth mode.(3)In the long term and short term, the capital-labor input radio is not consistent, but the results showed that the biased technological progress of the same direction has the same effect on the economic growth mode.(4)The empirical results show that China is capital biased technology and progress, and is not conducive to the transformation of economic growth mode. Therefore, our country should actively guide labor biased technological progress. To configure the structure of the elements reasonably.Use more high efficiency elements to improve total factor productivity,in order to achieve the goal of achieving intensive economic growth mode.
