In the whole human resource management system, for an organization or enterprise, the most important thing is how to attract, retain and motivate employees, the salary management is probably one of the most fundamental aspects.Litong Sifang Group Co. Ltd. as a focus in the field of mobile Internet, mobile intelligent terminal, set comprehensive enterprise mobile phone brand, software development, research and sales of intelligent mobile Internet, and overseas education service. How to make the company improve company's internal human resource planning in the fierce competition market environment, how to recruit the high-quality employees for the development of the company need in the future, how to make the company's human resources department, grasp the internal position analysis, salary management, performance management, and other key links in the management of human resources, has become the most important problem for the leaders, now considering, at all levels in Litong Sifang Group Co. Ltd.This research is based on the human resources management of Litong Sifang Group Co., from the most important link of the starting salary management, to facilitate the Quartet Group Limited company as the research object, through a questionnaire survey of market survey, to research the compensation management system of the company in the current, to find out the problem for the good operation of the company, on the basis of this, according to the basic process of salary management in the compensation management of the company, then put forward the internal optimized content, and the corresponding support measures.Through the study of the investigation and analysis of the salary management system in Litong Sifang Group Co. company at present, found the company strategy and compensation strategy is not consistent, job analysis and job analysis is not sufficient, the salary system is not perfect, unreasonable performance compensation and employee benefits management is not perfect and other problems existing in the salary management system of the company.
