With the development of technology and socio-economic, human resource has become the most important strategic resource of enterprises. Ship equipment enterprises is a knowledge-intensive and skill-intensive enterprise. If ship equipment enterprises want to have an invincible position in furious marketing competitions, abundant human resource is most important. In recent years, with the rapid development of ship equipment enterprises, how to recruit and attract excellent human resources and retain them is the required problem to be solved by human resource management department of ship equipment enterprises.This thesis introduces the development of the ship industry at home and abroad , then begins with some basic theory of salary management and reviews the current status and existing problems of human resource management and salary management problem in Binhe marine diesel engine company. And it analyzes the causes of these problems. On analyzing the salary survey of the relevant enterprises and markets, the salary management system, which is suitable for the characteristics of Binhe marine diesel engine company is finally designed.In this thesis, Binhe marine diesel engine company serves as an example to be studied. We want to find the common problems of salary management existing in the enterprises which is in building factory period, and explore some ideas and methods of the salary management of enterprises which is in building factory period, which can be used for reference in other enterprises.
