In the increasi ngly competitive situation,if t he enterprise as the main body of the market want to maintain their own com peti tive advantage,t hey must use advanced management concept s and scientific.Development of e-commerc e i s the opportunit y that every bus iness should seize in this environment.E-commerce can help com panies to seek more living space in a highly competitive market environment.In particular,wi th the gr owth of online shopping penetration,online shoppi ng habits to develop;B2C e-commerce provides a broader business opportunit ies and more economic benefits for enterprises.However,e-commerce has not only brought gr ea t potential business prospects for ent erprises,but also brought great development problem s: The virtuality and openness of the network and the uncertainties of the market players have triggered a series of credit problems,whi ch not only brings harm to enterpr ises,but also restrict s the further development of e-commer ce.There fore,the establishment of a scientific B2 C enterpr ise credit evaluat ion model is an important means to help B2 C enterprises to wi n credibility,find their own gaps,to m aint ain its market competitiveness,it is also necessary measures to promot e t he long-te rm devel opment of e-commerce indust ry.First of all,this paper sum marizes the research results of predecessors,starting from the original meaning of cre dit,the evaluation index sys tem is des igned based on compliance perfor mance indicators and compliance wil lingness indicators of e-commer ce B2 C corporate credit.Here,the compliance perform ance indicators are measured at precise values,and the compliance willingness indicators are measured by distributi on assessment and language informat ion.Secondly,the m ixed evaluation information is unified int o t uple lingui stic form.Then the "em pirical prefere nce" weight is determined by the group cooperative rel ati on analysis method based on the new language scale,and t he weight of the "i ndex fea ture" is determi ned by the entropy method under the tuple linguis tic information,so as to respect the facts and make full use of t he indicator informat ion.The credit score of each s tage can be got by aggregate the above i nformation.Then,the dynamic credit evaluat ion model withincentive function under the timing feature is introduced to carry out the credit evaluat ion to realize the encouragement and promotion of the good credit level of the e-commer ce enterpri ses.Finally,t he paper chooses 10 B2 C enterpr ises in the same indus try t o analyze the data of five stages to verify that this model is effective to a certain extent.In addition,as a supplement to the credit evaluation model,the safegua rd measures of the effect ive implementation of the credit evaluat ion of e-commer ce enterprises are expounded from four as pects.In t he end summari zed according to the whole tex t.
