As the financial development of the single market,intelligent POS is focus on step by step.Because different kinds of merchants have become more and more highly specialized in POS terminals,the disadvantages of traditional terminals are becoming more and more obvious.The emergence of smart POS is a good solution to this problem.As a result of the way of payment reform,traditional POS will eventually be replaced by intelligent POS,just as smartphones replace traditional handsets.Through the analysis of intelligent POS research status at home and abroad,this paper introduces the basic competitive strategy theory and porter five models related to the analysis of basic theory,and then to accept the single business environment analysis,use the macro environment,industry environment,their environment,such as analysis,and then to its enterprise strategy choice of jiangxi rural credit cooperatives,after choosing the differentiation competitive strategy,points out emphatically from the product function,the enterprise brand image,service experience three aspects to carry out.Then the strategy of intelligent POS industry based on differentiation strategy is discussed,and the analysis of the expansion of the sales promotion is analyzed.So choose the differentiation strategy,form the differentiation characteristics of difficult to replicate,and this characteristic can be accepted by the masses of customers,which constitute a differentiation advantage,with the help of a intelligent POS product of this differentiation advantage is extremely strong,to improve the overall competitiveness of jiangxi rural credit cooperatives.
