In recent years,with the continuous development and application of technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and cloud computing,intelligent homes have gradually become a hot spot in the market which capital has continuously poured in and now become a new outlet.As the first step of entry into the home,intelligent door lock is most likely to be the trigger and link products of intelligent home applications,and the market development prospects are very great.This article is to study the leading enterprise T Group in the Chinese lock-manufacturing industry,and analyse how T Group will break through from the encirclement of numerous lock manufacturers and some transboundary monsters under the environment where the intelligent lock industry is maturing and will increase speedily,how to formulate the intelligent locks business strategy reasonably,and seize the market opportunity of good prospects for T Group to maintain the dominant position in the lock manufacturing industry to provide business strategy ideas.Based on the analysis of the industry development prospects of intelligent lock products with the current situation of T Group and the competition environment inside and outside the industry,this article puts forward the technology,brand and market differentiation development strategy of T Group intelligent lock business.Through the implementation of the strategy,T Group can capture the intelligent lock market and maintain the leading position in the industry.This article first introduces the background,purpose and significance,the ideas and methods of the research,and the main innovation points.Then it reviews the emergence of strategic management and the main school views,related strategic analysis models,and several types of competition strategies.It analyses the external and internal environment of T Group's intelligent lock business development through PEST and Porter's five-force model.And through SWOT analysis,it further clarify the advantages,weakness,opportunities,and threats of T Group.And then it formulates the development strategy of T Group's intelligent lock business.This article puts forward the differentiated development strategy of T Group's intelligent lock business,and finally puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of T Group's intelligent lock business strategy from the aspects of organization structure system,production system,quality guarantee system,sales and after-sales service system,and performance evaluation system.As the leading enterprise in the Chinese lock manufacturing industry,although T Group entered into the intelligent lock industry earlier,it still has major problems in reserve of talents,forward-looking technology research and market share.When facing the quick development of the domestic intelligent home industry and the influx of various types of competitors in the intelligent lock field,T Group should actively adjust the strategic planning of the intelligent lock business,follow the trend,improve the comprehensive competitive power,occupy the industrial heights and achieve rapid breakthrough.
