Since 2016,with the rapid development of the Internet,mobile payment has become an indispensable means of payment in people's daily life.Among these industries,the rapid development of mobile payment industry affects the payment habits of consumers directly,and has an inestimable impact on the traditional bill collection market.For ST companies,the adoption of traditional POS mode has to be improved,and it must follow the law of the development of the bill collection market,make Intensive cultivation to the existing market of collect the single,make full use the advantages of intelligent POS and make quick response to the new order and future emerging model of collect the single.For the new-type bill receiving market,Smart POS(Point of sales)will certainly become a sharp tool for various payment companies to seize the market because of its characteristics such as good develop ability、superimposing other new application and simple operation features and so on.This paper uses PEST,porter's five forces model,SWOT and other analysis models to analyze the current situation of receipt of Smart POS both at home and abroad and Analyze and study the market environment of intelligent POS receipt business of ST Company,so as to develop appropriate corporate strategies for ST Company.This paper based on the differentiation competitive strategy of the company,ST Company focuses on product function,service experience and Brand building to ensure the implementation of the strategy.an industry promotion plan which is characteristic and could not be duplicated by competitors for receipt business of Smart POS of ST Company is developed.Moreover,these differentiations can be accepted by the vast majority of customers,so as to form a competitive advantage further enhancing the competitiveness of ST Company.Although ST Company has been involved in the payment industry earlier and has a mature development strategy,the Strategic issues that it is encountered now are representative in the industry.Therefore,this paper has a strong practicality for the research on receipt strategy of Smart POS of ST Company.It can solve the problems that ST Company encountered in the actual business.Hopping this paper has a guide role for other payment companies.
