In view of the fierce competition of the current life insurance market,performance management of marketers is vital to the internal management of life insurance company,which has a great effect on the long steadied development of insurance company.In this paper,the author took PX branch of China Life Insurance Company for example,combined the practices and research,found several issues,such as imperfect system,lacking of awareness of performance management and assessment norms.These problems restrict the development of the company in some extent and should be solved urgently.To solve these problems,this paper combined with the theories of performance management,used the KPI method,described the optimization of the performance system,the implementation of performance methods,the establishment of key assessment indicators and information technology support,and provided protection on the organization and personnel,training,technology,culture and calendar arrangement.This optimization for the life insurance company's internal performance management has a certain role in promoting.
