Study On Improvement Of First Pass Yield Base On Six Sigma

J Group is specialized in mobile phones,computers,servers,communications products OEM business,customers like Ericsson,Lenovo,IBM,Apple,Intel and other Fortune 500 companies.J Group is currently ranked third in the global foundry business,second only to Hon Hai Group and Flextronics Technology Company.The current foundry industry is very competitive,only to provide high-quality manufacturing services,while at the same time can improve profits in order to survive in the foundry industry.J Electronics Co.,Ltd.as a subsidiary of J Group,uphold the J Group to customer-centric,improve product quality and reduce the cost of production ideas,J Electronics Co.,Ltd.to implement Six Sigma management methods.In this paper,from the perspective of cost reduction,this paper discusses the application of Six Sigma improvement model in the communication industry,and takes J Electronics Co.,Ltd.cavity filter project as an example,analyze first pass rate issue in the current situation of the cavity filter project.The main use improvement mode DMAIC,in the D definition stage,according to the customer's voice to define KPOV Y;in the M measurement stage,through the MSA tool to analyze the measurement system,and then through the SPC analysis method to determine the current process capability;in the A analysis stage,the KPIV X was screened by FEMA,ANOVA,regression analysis,DOE and so on;in the I improvement stage,the best improvement scheme was selected by regression analysis and other analysis method;in the C control stage,maintain the results of improvement.The first pass rate of the cavity filter was improved from 82% to 95% while saving 1.43 million.Through the implementation of Six Sigma improvement methods,making the cavity filter project not only improve the first pass rate,reduce production costs,but also improve customer satisfaction.
