Research On Quality Management Of S Company Miniature Circuit Breaker Based On Six Sigma Management Method

6 sigma quality management is a systematic quality method which is applied by outstanding enterprises at home and abroad to improve product quality and management efficiency.6 sigma quality management was date from 80 s in last century,and introduced to China together with foreign enterprise at the beginning of this century.It's based on customer and data oriented to solve the problem and improve the work flow,and it can strengthen enterprise's quality management level and core competitiveness effectively,improve enterprise's economic benefits significantly and its quality method is widely adopted and effectively approved after applied the 6 sigma quality management.Based on the investigated subject from S company,this paper introduced the 6 sigma quality management's theory concept,DMAIC process improvement model and its applied tools and methods,discussed how to apply and implement the DMAIC method in the quality management of miniature circuit breaker field based on the case from S company product's quality improvement of first pass rate in the production process.Finally,this paper summarized the result and importance after applied 6 sigma quality management,introduced the limitations specialized in miniature circuit breaker,put forward to further investigating and improving proposals and directions.
