| Grain processing enterprises are the basic industries of China's national economy,and are closely related to the stability of the social development.Technical efficiency is the ability of enterprises to put the invest into output,and it is also an important measure of the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.The stagnation of technical efficiency is one of the important reasons for the slow development of the majority of grain processing enterprises.The level of technological efficiency is related to the rapid development of enterprises.Financial support is not only an effective lever to support the development of the economy,but also an important guarantee for improving the technological efficiency of enterprises.This paper firstly elaborates and defines the related concepts through the theoretical basis,and lays the theoretical foundation of the whole article.Secondly,it summarizes the problems existing in the status of grain processing enterprises and the improvement of their technical efficiency.Then,based on the Douglas production function-Stochastic frontier analysis model,the stochastic frontier analysis method is used to measure the technical efficiency of42 listed grain processing enterprises in China,and the influence factors such as bank loan,stock market financing and other control variables are discussed.The degree of influence of the technical efficiency of the enterprise is analyzed by regression analysis.The empirical results show that the bank loan has a significant effect on the improvement of the technical efficiency of grain processing enterprises in China,and the effect of stock market financing on the technical efficiency of grain processing enterprises is relatively small.Finally,according to the previous analysis and empirical research,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to take financial support measures to improve the technical efficiency of grain processing enterprises in China. |
