| With the continuous development of the information technology and the expanding of its application scope,as well as the rapid development of tourism,and gradually large-scale,extensive and popular,tourism inevitably followed the tide of the development of information technology to deep development and reform.In this context,the concept of intelligent tourism has been put forward and applied.National Tourism Administration will also set the theme of tourism development in 2014 as the “Smart Tourism year”,so 2014 has also been designated as “the first year of Chinese Smart Tourism”.It also opened the prelude to the comprehensive development of China's Smart Tourism.The Smart Tourism is an information-based system on the basis of cloud computing,information system networking,advanced communication technology and artificial intelligence;it is a tourism informationization process with the character of intelligent information acquisition,high-speed information transmission,fast information processing speed fast and efficient information service of the tourism informatization;and it is a convenient tourism information service cored by meeting the needs of tourists with smart devices,mobile terminal applications,user-friendly interface as medium.On the one hand,the appearance and development of Smart Tourism increase technical means of tourism management,tourism service,tourism marketing,which will improve the level of tourism industry in management,service and marketing and will enable visitors enjoy better tourism services.On the other hand,with the continuous development and richer content of the tourism formats,the elements of the tourism industry turn from the traditional "accommodation,lodging,transportation,traveling,shopping and entertainment" to "business,health,science,leisure,love,oddness".With the continuous developing and upgrading on the Content and form of tourism industry,and enter the stage of intelligent development following by the Smart Tourism development.The application of information technology in tourism becomes wider and deeper.From the various elements of the tourism industry to the entire tourism industry,the application and development of intelligent tourism,the wisdom of the relevant formats have become an unstoppable tide.As an important part of the tourism industry,the process of tourist attraction's development is consistent with the trend of the development of the tourism industry.In the informatization process,especially after the completion of the digital construction,under the situation of tourism wisdom,the scenic spots are bearing great impetus upon technological innovation and upgrading in upgrading the infrastructure,and richening formats on the scenic spots,thus they have to face the inevitable choice of wisdom.As the earlier construction unit of the information technology in China and the birthplace of the “National Digital scenic spot construction standards”,Yuntai Mountain scenic area has been walking in the forefront of the domestic scenic spots on the construction of the information technology.The scenic area has now completed a high standard of digital construction,established the Smart tourist spot building goals,and is trying to carry out the construction on the wisdom of scenic spots,promote the wisdom of the scenic area.Under the construction of the wisdom of the construction,the Yuntai Mountain scenic area has both successful experience and problems need to be resolved in the process of constructing Smart tourist spot and realizing the Smart tourist spot.This paper focuses on the intelligence of Yuntai Mountain scenic area.Starting from researching the concept of tourism,smart tourism,smart tourist spot,combined with the actual situation of Yuntai Mountain scenic area,analyzes its necessity,hardware and software,present situation,experience and problems established in the process of realizing the wisdom of tourism formats in Yuntai Mountain scenic area according to its smart tourism construction goal,construction content,the connotation of tourism format.This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the related problems,and makes some prospects for the future development of the smart tourism and the smart tourist spots.The process of the wisdom of the tourism industry is not only the wisdom of one point or a kind of elements,but also be the wisdom of the whole elements of the tourism industry and the wisdom of the integration of the various elements.As a representative of the current situation of the wisdom of the tourism format,the study on the Yuntai Mountain scenic area will offer mirror and reference in many aspects for other scenic areas to achieve the wisdom of the tourism format.This paper also hopes to provide some useful ideas and thoughts for the study of a wider range of Intelligent Tourism and wisdom scenic spots by the research of the wisdom of the Yuntai Mountain scenic area. |
