Nearly two years,The number of Chinese outbound tourists is growing,Japan,South Korea and Thailand are going to be the most popular tourism destinations.Compared with the hot outbound tourism market,inbound tourism market and domestic tourism market are relatively cold,so,there are higher references to study the image and tourist attractions of foreign popular tourist cities for the construction of domestic urban tourism image and improving the heat of domestic tourism market.With the rapid development of Internet,different types of tourist community sites are established.Tourists are sharing experience and communicating with each other in the Tourism virtual communities,It also provides a new path to collect research data.After studying a large number of domestic scholars articles on urban tourism image,we found that domestic scholars 's urban tourism image analysis are all focused on domestic tourism cities,lacking of analysis on foreign tourism cities,after the comparison of Chinese tourists' hot foreign tourist destinations,We select Tokyo as the research object to study the Chinese tourists'image of Tokyo.We use generic analysis,multidimensional discourse analysis,content analysis,etc.Based on the study of Researchers' related articles at home and abroad,and collecting travel notes from six different travel nets like Ctrip to study about the Tokyo urban cognitive image,affective image and overall image in Chinese tourists' eyes,Then providing advice on propaganda strategies of Tokyo's tourism image and the construction of Chinese city image.In this paper,There are totally five chapters.The first chapter is a part of introduction,mainly introduced the the background when selecting the topic,research significance,research ideas,research methods and difficult in the process of research and innovation;The main contents of the second chapter is the literature review and theoretical basis,Sorting the current related researches about urban tourism image,Mainly include the related research of the concept of tourism destination image,the classification of tourism destination image,the measurement method of tourism destination image,the constitution of the tourism destination image and the tourism image research based on the Internet texts.In the third chapter,we use travel notes to extract the information we need,to learn Chinese tourists' travel behaviors when travelling to Tokyo.The main contents are tourist spatial distribution,trip mode,travel days and basic information such as per capita consumption;The fourth chapter is the core of the full text,this paper analyzes the Chinese tourists' perceive of Tokyo's city image,First,we use the method of open coding to extract seven main categories and 31 sub category of city image perception of Tokyo.By category statistics,we select the top ten sub categories to analysis the main cognitive image of Tokyo,Using Rost CM software for high frequency vocabulary statistics and analysis of Chinese tourists' Tokyo main cognitive image.Second,we use Walnsley and Young's emotional image dimensions theory to analysis Chinese Tourists' positive,negative and neutral evaluation of Tokyo city emotional image,Finally using Echtner and Ritchie triaxial image theory to establish the Chinese tourists'overall image system for Tokyo city.The fifth chapter is the main conclusions and related recommendations,summarizing the full text,and putting forward the related Suggestions of Tokyo city tourism image propaganda in China and Suggestions related to the construction of China's domestic tourism city image.
