Research Of The Investigation And Analysis Of Overseas Image Of Chinese Tourists

With the continuous growth of China's economy,people's income and living standards continue to improve,in the domestic tourism has been unable to meet some of the needs of people,more people are willing to go abroad,enjoy the exotic abroad.Thailand,Chonburi,because of its beautiful scenery,strong exotic,and now become one of the destinations for Chinese tourists like to travel.But Chinese tourists often produce uncivilized travel behavior,this paper analyzes the causes of Chonburi City,the local people of China visitors views,Chinese visitors uncivilized behavior,and put forward the corresponding proposal to eliminate uncivilized travel behavior.In this paper first through the study of Chonburi local people's view,the 5 level using Likert scale questionnaire is designed.Secondly,through the method of questionnaire investigation and other investigation,and then use SPSS and Excel statistical software,and by using the factor analysis method and variance analysis method,the evaluation of the ten factors in the following circumstances in China tourists the image of the whole process of the tourism traffic evaluation,evaluation,evaluation,evaluation of the hotel,catering,entertainment,shopping evaluation assessment,evaluation,assessment of scenic spot travel visas and public places by local people in Chonburi Evaluation Investigation and analysis.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is introduction,discusses the research background,research significance,related concepts and theoretical research,the second chapter review;China tourists overseas tourism image,including tourists and foreign tourists do not comment on the behavior and cause analysis,expression tourists uncivilized behavior improvement measures;the third chapter,survey method and statistical analysis method,including investigation;empirical analysis;the fourth chapter,the Chonburi government satisfaction,detailed description of the result of the survey;the fifth chapter deals with the research;suggestion,through analysis of the results of the investigation of the tourists in the Chonburi government tourism problems and put forward the corresponding suggestions to solve the problems.The overall evaluation of the image of Chinese tourists in Chonburi is 3.35,which belongs to the "general" level.The title is divided as follows: the average degree of the entire tourism process is equal to 3.31,the degree of evaluation is a "general" level.The average degree of traffic is equal to 3.21,and the degree of evaluation belongs to the "general" level.The average value of food and beverage is equal to 3.22,and the degree of evaluation is "general".The average value of the hotel is equal to 3.22,the degree of evaluation is a "general" level.The average value of shopping is equal to 3.65,and the degree of evaluation belongs to the "good" level.The average degree of entertainment is equal to 3.40,and the degree of evaluation belongs to the "general" level.The average value of scenic spots is equal to 3.39,and the degree of evaluation belongs to the "general" level.The average degree of travel agency is equal to 3.36,the degree of evaluation belongs to the "general" level.The average degree of visa is equal to 3.39,the degree of evaluation is a "general" level.The average degree of public places is equal to 3.37,the degree of evaluation is a "general" level.Finally,through the relevant investigation project interviews,the local people in Chonburi city of China tourist attitudes and feelings about the results,Chonburi people are warmly welcome to China tourists,Chinese economic development and Chinese tourists purchasing power is widely expected.At the same time,the local people also believe that China tourists not spitting,dressed in,do not comply with the rules,the team travel photos where photographs and other uncivilized behavior is more prominent.In this paper,some Chinese tourists in the tourism process to show the image of the citizen's travel behavior made a clear standard,the purpose of improving the quality of civic civilization,shaping the good international image of Chinese citizens.It is hoped that the results of this paper can change the image of Chinese tourists and help the development of tourism in the future.
