Research On The Coordinated Development Of Service Industry And Urbanization In Heilongjiang Province

The report of "the 19 th National Congress of the party" made it clear that the major contradictions in our society have been transformed into the conflicts between the people's growing needs for a better life and the imbalanced and insufficient development,which fully embodies the conception of people-centered development.The service industry is focused on meeting the needs of production and people's life as its starting and ending point,providing the rally for the development of urbanization in terms of its economic development,absorbing labor force,and specialized division of labor.At the same time,urbanization provides space platform for the service industry development.In 2016,the level of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province has reached 59.2%,situating in the post-middle stage of urbanization and the added value of the tertiary industry in Heilongjiang Province accounted for 53.8% of the GDP,becoming the main contributor to economic development.However,the coordination between the service industry and the urbanization is still at a low level.Therefore,the research on the coordination between them in this paper is of great significance in both the theory and practice.This paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of interaction between service industry and urbanization,uses related methods to analyze the coordinated development of service industry and urbanization in Heilongjiang Province.Through the comparison analysis,this paper can clear the coordination conditions between them,putting forward to promote the coordinated development of the two proposals.First of all,by combing the current research on the coordinated development of service industry and urbanization at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the trend of the research on coordinated development between them.On the premise of defining the related concepts and basic theories,this paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of interaction between service industry and urbanization.Secondly,reviewing the development of service industry and urbanization in Heilongjiang Province from 1952 to 2016,analyzed the main factors restricting the coordinated development of service industry and urbanization in Heilongjiang Province.Thirdly,this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of service industry and urbanization,makes a horizontal and longitudinal comparison of the coordinated development level of service industry and urbanization in 31 provinces(districts)by using factor analysis and coordination model,and clears the trend of the coordinated development of service industry and urbanization in Heilongjiang Province and the difference with other regions.Finally,we put forward the countermeasures to promote coordinated development of service industry and urbanization in Heilongjiang Province from four aspects: perfecting system and mechanism,optimizing industrial structure,deepening regional cooperation and optimizing spatial structure.The results of this paper will provide references for the relevant departments in Heilongjiang and other provinces to study the integrated development between industrial and the city.
