HEI established on 1983 is the one of the leading companies for the EPC of large-scale power project as well as the exporters of complete set of power plant equipment.The main business is the EPC job of thermal, Hydro, combine cycle and wind power station,and can also take the large size of the transmission line work and the professional after sale service as well. With the keen competition and the changing of economic condition, the operation management system of HEI can not meet the requirements of the market. It is found that the problem of organization and the human resource of the company is serious.HEI need to make diagnosis of the management to make the company get good situation in the market.In this article, I make some diagnosis of the three point as operation model?organization and human resource and give some suggestion for these problems as while. We change the project department into special division to get more efficiency cooperation between marketing and project execution; we change the salary rules more competitive.In the mean while, I make the analysis of the management system based on the collecting the information of power sector?rules of the government and try to fix the reason of the problem. And provide the suggestion aiming at such problem.I hope to give some help to the improve the efficiency of the company operation and the getting more benefit by using the theory and tools of economic.
