| In recent years,with the continuous expansion of business scope and the increasing prominence of digital information technology,DX continues to establish its own business cloud service platform to serve the information service needs of the group headquarters and its subsidiaries.Driven by this platform,DX Company has gradully completed the transformation of its development strategic objectives,and its core competitiveness has been significantly improved in terms of business level and quality.Is the platform of the early stage of the project investment amount is very large,because involves a number of professional fields the company invited several construction units to the project team gradually,but the company’s management believes it is necessary for the project before the project risk management and effective assessment,in order to ensure project smoothly advance and implementation.This paper takes the cloud platform service project carried out by DX Company as the research object,and makes a systematic analysis of it by referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on risk management.Main research direction is roughly divided into the following three aspects,first,a comprehensive analysis on the company’s cloud platform project,the necessity of risk management analysis,analysis of the main content covers the following aspects,first,about the project principal’s perception of risk management,second,the project leader’s ability to manage risk,third,The ability of company leaders to deal with the risks of the project.Secondly,the risk checking method and Delphi method are used to conduct a detailed study on the risks involved in the construction of cloud platform project of the company.The risk assessment of the project mainly involves the following aspects,such as investment cost,technical quality,information security and project progress.Finally,after identifying each management analysis,matrix analysis and comprehensive fuzzy analysis are used to calculate the volume of each analysis and the range of influence,so as to calculate the level of each type of risk.After the comprehensive completion of the above three steps,the comprehensive fuzzy analysis method is used to evaluate the overall risk of the project,which can provide certain reference value for the company to optimize the allocation of resources and formulate the risk response plan.After completing the overall risks of DX Company’s cloud platform construction project,the company’s managers need to plan emergency plans and solutions for various risks in advance according to the analysis results,which is not only conducive to improving the company’s anti-risk ability,but also conducive to improving the company’s management system and process.After the completion of risk assessment and management,the project construction plan has been implemented step by step,making a certain contribution to improving the core competitiveness of the company.The construction of cloud platform project has accumulated valuable experience for the company to build digital information projects in the future.Its ability in risk assessment and response has been ahead of domestic related enterprises,and its established risk management system and response measures have provided reference value for other enterprises to solve risk problems. |
