G Company Comprehensive Risk Management Research

Electronic and electrical products as an essential part of people's daily life have become faster and faster with the renewal of science and technology and the increasing demand of people,resulting in a large amount of electronic waste.E-waste contains many toxic and harmful substances,which can cause serious pollution to the environment if not handled properly.Therefore,reasonable and effective measures,to strengthen the management of electronic waste,reduce environmental risks,appear very urgent.G Company is based on the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products in and outside Guangxi,focusing on the efficient use of waste resources and pollutant emission reduction,improving the efficiency of resource recycling and utilization,and creating the industrialization of recycling of used electrical and electronic products.This paper innovatively takes the renewable resources industry company as the research object and intends to conduct research on the comprehensive risk management of G Company,by means of literature research,case study and quantitative analysis.This paper first elaborated the research background,significance,the domestic research status abroad and home,we study the application of thought,method and innovation.Secondly,it introduces the basic methods of risk management,risk identification and evaluation.Briefly describe the risk management characteristics of renewable resource enterprises.This paper analyzes the current situation of risk management of G Company,summarizes the problems existing in the company's risk management,and identifies and evaluates the company's risk types and major risk factors,the conclusion is that G company's overall risk is on the low side.Finally,the principles and objectives of G company's risk response are put forward.The risk response measures of G Company are proposed from four aspects of operation,finance,environmental protection and safety,and the full text is summarized and forecasted.It is expected that this study can provide reference for G Company and other companies in renewable resources industry to cope with enterprise risks.
