Agricultural Socialized Service Research On The Influence Of The Management Efficiency Of The Family Farm

The system promotes the socialization service of agriculture,and the establishment of a sound agricultural social service system is the key to the development of the family farm.Seen years efforts,our country agriculture development,has achieved a lot,but the present agriculture less investment,low agricultural comparative benefit,rural labor anemic,agricultural materials and agricultural products market is not perfect,the problem such as agricultural extension system is not enough popularity is still outstanding.Rapid growth in China's economic development into the stage of the new normal,how the growth momentum of mining under the new situation of agricultural development,promoting agricultural socialization system construction,is our country present and future a period required to resolve the major issue.Social service as the service of agricultural production,agricultural service system for farmers,its operation mode can not only solve the family farm production,management,sales each link of the problems,such as,at the same time can also be expanded new formats,improve the social service system of main fulcrum.Therefore,in order to promote efficiency of agricultural production as soon as possible,to build a well-off society in an all-round way,realize agricultural modernization,must spare no effort to convert agricultural production mode,planning new agricultural management main body,establish and improve the matching and modern agricultural development of the agricultural socialized service system.Based on the above background,this article in combing the current system of zhejiang province family farms and agricultural socialized service,on the basis of dynamic,elaborated the family farm and agricultural socialization service the basic connotation and definition,at the same time,related to the management efficiency of the family farm agriculture scale economy theory,land property rights theory,farmers differentiation theory has carried on the analysis and explanation,focusing on the cognizance of the family,agricultural mechanization in zhejiang province after service,family farm policy supportservices;Then on the basis of the current agricultural management efficiency measurement method,the field investigation to obtain data from 110 food class family farm,using SPSS21.0 software main analyzed the basic situation of the family farm,by use of DEAP2.1 software to measure the overall size of 110 food class families farm efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency value,and based on the theory of rational economic man pursue profit maximization and risk aversion hypothesis,construct Tobit regression model to explore the agricultural socialization service impact on the family farm in zhejiang province.The conclusion of this study :(1)The family farm management comprehensive efficiency is relatively high,scale efficiency play key roles in the family farm management efficiency,technical efficiency remains to be seen;(2)On the family farm in zhejiang province agricultural socialization service as a whole have a stronger role in promoting management efficiency,but there is still larger promotion space.The policy advice for this article is :(1)Enhance the professional development of family farmers;(2)To speed up the agricultural technology promotion system construction;(3)Strengthen the construction of two markets;(4)To further strengthen the policy support.
