Research Of The Family Farm Agricultural Social Service Needs

Developing modern agriculture depends on promoting the scale of family management. In order to improve the management level of family farm, the service of agricultural socialization should not be separated.. However, the supply of agricultural social services is insufficient, the structure is irrational, the promotion of social services has not been fully played. Delve into the family farm agriculture socialization service demand has become a top priority, this paper based on case study to explore the problem of supply of agricultural socialized service, in order to better service in the family farm.This study to dig soil food family farm development qualitative analysis using the SWOT analysis method; reference WSR methodology, from the physical layer, logic layer, one layer of social service of GF family farms were analyzed; construction of agricultural social service to meet the degree evaluation index system, using Yaahp quantitative analysis of GF family farm social service satisfaction. On this basis, the agricultural social service needs, and then the following results are obtained:(1) the lack of agricultural socialization service during the initial period of family farm, the development plan and guidance service is the most pressing need, and the financial service and the policy support.(2) the social services of the family farm during the development period are mostly provided by the individual in one form, and the lack of authority is released.(3) during the development of the total farm family service, service provision and the main points for 70 minutes, 70.25, 48.25, the performance of its primary demand for capital, followed by adjusting the subsidy policy, information, infrastructure, technology and insurance.This research obtained conclusions are as follows: starting period, development period family farms there are financial and policy support needs; with the increase of the input, family farm demands more and more diversified, active. Some suggestions are put forward as follows: family farms, starting period farm to strengthen management; development period farm innovative management style;external environment, build a good social service system. Government departments to build public service platform, to services, improve the development of family farms "software" and "hardware" facilities; operating agricultural production service organizations to participate in social service, business services to complement the agricultural social service system.
