changes,the original capital,land and other production factors,the demographic dividend has been unable to meet the enterprise sustainable development and obtain the core competitive advantage,and elements of enterprise the cultural soft power in favor of more enterprises attention and attention,good corporate culture has become a new impetus to the healthy development of the enterprise,which is in the academic circle and the practice circle has been fully confirmed.This paper takes Guangdong rural commercial bank as the research object,based on analyzing and referring a lot of literature,determine the research content and research methods of this paper,the current understanding of the latest progress of research and possible shortcomings and defects,clear the research problems and research ideas.The main contents of this paper are:(1)in a clear corporate culture concept,characteristic,function and performance of the business concept,the content of the premise,the type description of methods of measuring corporate culture measurement scale design theory and business performance,and analyze the relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance theoretically.(2)the current situation of Guangdong rural commercial bank,corporate culture and business performance are described;by reference to the previous corporate culture elements,summed up in the study combined with the characteristics of Guangdong rural commercial bank enterprise culture,construct the corporate culture measurement of the four dimension table(respectively concept of corporate culture,corporate culture system the behavior level,enterprise culture and enterprise culture,material level)and to test the reliability of the table;the previous research has been the enterprise performance measurement scale factors fully confirmed,according to the actual situation of Guangdong rural commercial bank business performance,this paper uses the two dimensions of profitability and growth to explain Guangdong the rural commercial bank business performance,the establishment of the Guangdong rural commercial bank enterprise performance measurement model and the reliability of the model is analyzed by S;PSS software calculated the Guangdong rural commercial bank enterprise culture scale Bartlett and s’ KMO spherical test of the significance of the probability of Sig.value.The value of KMO is 0.83,greater than 0.8,which shows that the enterprise culture measurement scale can be more suitable for factor analysis.The value of s’ Bartlett ’spherical test was 0,which was less than 0.05,indicating that there was a correlation between variables,which was suitable for factor analysis.Sig.(3)further empirical analysis of the correlation between Guangdong rural commercial bank enterprise culture and enterprise performance,the degree of correlation between Guangdong rural commercial bank,the factors of corporate culture and corporate performance,building regression model of the relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance.Through the data processing and empirical analysis of the questionnaire this paper argues that the four dimensions of Guangdong rural commercial bank enterprise culture have a significant positive correlation with corporate performance,especially the concept level and behavior level and enterprise performance strong correlation,but the correlation between system level and material level and enterprise performance is relatively weak.Due to the relative concept level and behavior level,the influence of enterprise culture system level and material level of the depth and breadth of the weak,to a certain extent,it is difficult to have a strong sense of consensus,in the heart of employees so the influence of the concept and the behavioral aspects of the corporate culture for employees is strong,can effectively promote and encourage the struggle and risk consciousness of enterprise employees.(4)according to the correlation analysis of the empirical results and the reasons for using the basic principle,proposed the countermeasures to further promote the benign interaction between the Guangdong rural commercial bank,corporate culture and business performance is the first to establish and form a good team atmosphere,so that all employees of the heart to a thought,an effort to make.The second is to improve and revise the existing internal management system,to provide protection for the enterprise culture treasure formation and development in the enterprise.Once again is to enhance the value of all employees,the formation of a good business atmosphere..The main innovations of this paper are:(1)established a scale suitable for Guangdong rural commercial bank enterprise
