Research On The Optimization Of Tourism Industry Structure Under The Background Of Supply-side Reform

In recent years,China's rapid economic development,but also brings the problem of development,our country economy structure in two areas,the industrial sector and the service sector to form the different nature of dislocation of supply and demand,reform has emerged based on the supply side.Supply side is the basic task of the structural reform is the resource elements from excess capacity and limited growth prospects is released in the industry,to provide high-end consumer services "sunrise industry" in conveying more Labour,capital and technology,which means that the tourism industry in China will will play an important role in the supply side structural reforms.However currently existing in the tourism industry in our country,such as tourism product portfolio and its quality level and does not match the demand of tourism,tourist services and coordination of supply chain of the supply situation and the problem such as travel demand does not match,solve this problem is from the adjustment of tourism industrial structure,optimization of tourism supply.In this paper,from the Angle of the reform of the supply side,through combing the literature,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research experience and the insufficiency,supported by supply side reform theory,reform the supply side defines the concept and connotation,the core of reform of tourism supply side is to improve the efficiency and total factor productivity of the tourism industry.And according to the theory of system science and the theory of supply and demand balance,respectively analyzes the composition of the tourism industry structure,explore the impact factors of the tourism industry structure dynamic system,build the tourism industrial structure power system,thus provide theoretical support for evaluation index system of tourism industrial structure.In using system science theory to analyze the tourism industry structure,tourism industrial structure in the end is to develop in the direction of rationalization and highly effective,based on this the paper research on tourism industrial structure rationalization and efficiency.In guizhou province as a case,using threshold method,variation coefficient method and the weighted summation method of guizhou tourism industrial structure rationalization analysis;Using the BCC model and Malmquist index analysis of the tourism industry in guizhou province from horizontal and vertical structure are analyzed in efficiency.Finally,on the basis of above analysis the optimizing countermeasures of tourism industrial structural
