Research On The Supply Side Of Agriculture Industry Based On DEA Method

The structural reform of the supply side of agriculture has been raised since the2015 China Central Rural Work Conference.In 2016,the general secretary of Xi pointed out that the structural reform of the supply side means to improve the traditional supply of thinking,not only to pay attention to the total quantity of supply,but also to pay more attention to the quality of supply.Input-output efficiency is an important factor to evaluate the quality of agricultural development.It is more so for the agriculture of all kinds of resources.Whether the supply structure of agriculture is reasonable and the effective output has become an important problem of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.The concept of supply side,for agriculture,is characterized by high inventory and high import,imbalances in planting structure,low quantity and quality of domestic agricultural products,upside down price of agricultural products at home and abroad,and unbalance of factor allocation and so on.For these problems on the supply side,this paper studies from the aspect of agricultural supply quality and production efficiency.In this way,the efficiency and quality of agricultural production can be improved fundamentally,the effective supply of agriculture is guaranteed and the agricultural supply side reform has been promoted.Therefore,this topic has a positive and practical significance.This paper first expounds the background and significance of the agricultural supply side reform,then defines the related connotation of the agricultural supply side as well as the relationship with the input-output efficiency,and lists the relevant theories,then analyzes and combs the current situation of the agricultural supply side,and analyzes the reasons.Improving the input and output efficiency of agriculture is the inherent requirement of the agricultural supply side reform.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of agricultural input and output,we should adjust the agricultural structure and make rational allocation of all kinds of resources.Before the study of the topic of this paper,it also referred to many domestic and foreign scholars' works,including some scientific theoretical and practical data,plus the strong representation of the data,so the final conclusions also have a more reference value and significance.Through in-depth exploration,we choose to use DEA(dataenvelopment)model to analyze the relative efficiency of 31 provinces in China in2016.Finally,it provides some suggestions for improving the input output efficiency and deepening the supply side reform in China's agriculture.
