Research On The Impact Of Innovation Alliances On Innovation Capability And Innovation Efficiency

Since 2006,in order to promote our country’s independent innovation ability,and to accelerate the transformation of the pattern of economic development,implement innovation driven,and then propel our country to an innovative country.Constantly committed to the construction of innovation system,it takes enterprise as the main body,under the guidance of market,combining production,teaching and research.Innovation as the driving force of national progress,appear on the scene again with a new attitude.Under the impetus of the” Internet +” action guide and the economic globalization,Innovation alliance with its technological innovation,resources sharing,risk-sharing,advantages emerge at the right moment.In recent year,domestic and foreign scholars from different Angle of view to explore innovation alliance,but limited to production-teaching-research combination and industry technology innovation alliance,from the characteristics of innovation alliance itself,and to explore its influence on the innovation ability and the efficiency of innovation,research involves less.In this paper,it is of the characteristic of innovation alliance,namely from innovation alliance age,innovation alliance scale,the union level,by combining the innovation theory,the strategic alliance theory,game theory and so on,thoroughly studies the three characteristics of innovation union’s influence on the innovation ability and the efficiency of innovation.To achieve the purpose of this papers,this article first to comb the relevant literature,contains the domestic and foreign research of innovation alliance(industrial technology innovation strategy alliance,industry-university-research cooperation,knowledge alliance),systematically,the preliminary definition of related concepts of innovation alliance,the innovation ability and the efficiency of innovation has carried on,and the existing research both at home and abroad was briefly reviewed in this paper;Second,to enterprise whether to participate in the alliance and the characteristics of innovation alliance as the starting point,combining with three theoretical basis,the strategic alliance theory,innovation theory and game theory,analyses the necessity of enterprises to participate in innovation alliance;Finally,this paper tries to through the way of case study combined with empirical research,explore innovation alliance’s influence on the innovation ability and efficiency.When carries on the exploratory case study,this article selects three typical types of theinnovation alliance as the research object,the industry technology innovation strategic alliance,and integration of knowledge alliance,based on the research of the alliance’s three cases,the research hypothesis has drawn;In empirical research,this paper selected the innovation data of 181 companies in 2014 in Guizhou as the research object,it contains 14 indicators,and then using SPSS16.0 and DEAP2.1 two data analysis software to analyze empirically cross-section data of 181 companies,and tried to through the empirical test results,put forward reasonable suggestions about enterprise how to improve the innovation ability and efficiency.Research shows that the innovation ability and efficiency of the enterprise who participate in the innovation alliance are higher than the enterprise who does not participate in the innovation alliance;The characteristics of innovation alliance has significant effects on the innovation ability and efficiency;R&D has a regulating effect in the process of innovation alliance’s influence on the innovation ability.Through the empirical results,we obtained the relevant main conclusion,and put forward suggestions about improve the innovation ability and efficiency of enterprise:(1)the policy recommendations of innovation alliance level;(2)the suggestions of enterprise their own level.
