| Since the1980s, with its unique operation pattern, the industrialtechnology innovation alliance came to top in the market competition rapidly,becoming a significant organization form to promote industrial developmentand enterprise technology innovation. From the June2007, starting thenational pilot work of industry technology innovation strategic alliance, untilthe August2013, there were95alliances in our country. Based on theeffective use of superior resources and the new integration, the industrytechnology innovation alliance offered both the funds, technology,information which are required to enterprise technology innovation, andexpanding the new horizon, improving the enterprise technology innovationperformance fundamentally. In consequence, it is significant to analyzeenterprise technology innovation performance from the perspective ofindustry technology innovation alliance, promoting consummation towardsthe theory of industry technology innovation alliance and improvingenterprise technology innovation performance.For the further study, this paper discussed the influence of industrytechnology innovation alliance on the enterprise technology innovationperformance. First of all, this thesis sorted pertinent literature about therelationship between the industry technology innovation alliance andtechnology innovation performance, and demarcated the two concepts,commenting on the existing researches. Second, regarding the dynamicmechanism of industrial technology innovation alliance as a breakthroughpoint, analyzed its effect on the inner mechanism of technology innovationwith the tools of transaction cost theory and resource-based theory, andrevealed the establishment of the industrial technology innovation alliancecorrespond highly to the enterprise technology innovation; and after that,analyzed the possibility of a "win-win" technology between alliance members tooling the game theory, illuminated the necessity of enterprise cooperativeinnovation fatherly; Then, analyzed the influence factors of technologyinnovation performance comprehensively where is during the actual operationof the industry technology innovation alliance; Finally, on the basis oftheoretical analysis this research putted forward relevant assumptions andcollected data relevant to the gem listed companies of Shenzhen stockexchange, and then set up panel data model, analyzed the empirical test on thesample data with stata10.0, based on the results of the empirical analysis toput forward relevant suggestions to developing industry technologyinnovation alliance and promoting enterprise technology innovation.The study showed that compared the enterprises with no background ofindustry technology innovation alliance. The company who participated in theindustry technology innovation alliance had more patent applications andbetter technology innovation performance. In addition to the direct impact onenterprise technology innovation performance, the alliance influenced theresearch and investment intensity to improve enterprise technology innovationperformance significantly. In the alliance, there was a significant positivecorrelation between the year of establishment of the alliance and theenterprise technology innovation performance, and because of the positiveeffect and negative effect from the alliance scale, the scale of alliance and theenterprise technology innovation performance emerge inverted u-shapedrelationship. Consequently, this paper put forward:(1) the government shouldactively play a ministrant role, and persistently encourage the development ofthe industry technology innovation alliance;(2) furthermore, the governmentshould strengthen and improve the administrative mechanism of industrytechnology innovation alliance, expanding the alliance influence;(3) theenterprises should actively participate in industry technology innovationalliance, enhancing investment in research and development. |
