With the development of the times,thedemand of enterprise for talents has become an indisputable fact.And with the current pressure of urban competition increasing in China,the speed and intensity of talents flow is also increasing.From the perspective of human resources management,business management of talent,is not only for the recruitment of talent,the more importantly is the preservation and cultivationof talents.In China,due to the deepening of market economy reform,the advantages of original state-owned enterprises in some aspects were ever-decreasing,market-oriented business to the enterprise on the one hand is more opportunities,on the other hand is more challenges.Especially in the current,the conditions of enterprises provided for the talent were in addition to a good employment environment and wide promotion channels,the most important thing is that enterprises can provide the treatment and different types of social welfare.It can be seen that the salary system of the enterprise is the top management of enterprise in the aspect of human resource management.Only the establishment of a good salary system,grasp the trend of the development of market payment,can lead to better design in line with the current high-end talent needs of the salary and welfare system to help enterprises have better effect on retain talent.This paper is mainly based on the research of the salary system of the Z Company,and deeply studies the current payment theory of the mainstream thoughts and the current payment trend in the market,and provides the theoretical basis of the research for this paper.At the same time this paper has combined with theoretical analysis,enterprise surveys and social survey to find problems and reasons of the current salary system of Z company.From the practical point of view,the design of the package pay system,the use of data analysis,literature research and survey analysis to establish appropriate data model to help enterprises to verify the effectiveness of the package salary system in practice and job satisfaction of employee.Constantly test and improve the package of pay system in various details to make it meet the Z company's specific requirements of human resources management,to enhance staff loyalty and satisfaction of employees,and promote the development of enterprises and continuous progress of salary system.It's hoped that through those researches of this paper,some suggestions and enlightenments can be brought to the design of human resources management and salary system of other enterprises to promote the design and implementation of the latest salary design trends.
