As the core of enterprise,middle management plays a key role in enterprise development.Scientific and effective salary management not only affects the enthusiasm of middle managers,but also directly affects the final work results.Therefore,only by establishing a fair compensation mechanism can enterprises comprehensively improve the job satisfaction of middle managers,thus forming a strong talent attraction.From the perspective of sustainable development of enterprises,only effective measures should be taken by enterprises to stimulate the work enthusiasm of middle managers to the maximum extent,and on the basis of giving full play to the potential working ability,a strong talent guarantee should be provided for the sustainable development of enterprises.In this thesis,the author selected the salary management of middle management personnel of TCDW construction company as the main research object.Relevant research activities are carried out by means of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey.Firstly,the thesis research related theories are comprehensively introduced,which also lays a solid foundation for the follow-up research work.Secondly,through carrying out actual investigation work and referring to a large number of literatures,a comprehensive understanding of the salary management status of middle management personnel of TCDW construction company is formed.Then,questionnaire survey was used to understand the salary satisfaction of middle managers in TCDW construction company.Thirdly,based on relevant theories,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of salary management of middle management personnel in TCDW construction company.Finally,the compensation management system of middle management personnel of TCDW construction company is comprehensively optimized based on its own development status.The new salary management system can meet the actual development needs of the company.It is hoped that the thesis research results can play a certain reference role in the process of relevant work of TCDW construction company.On the basis of improving the salary management ability of middle managers,other enterprises of the same type can also learn some successful development experience.
