In order to promote the economic development to a pattern of smaller damage toenvironment and more effective using of resources, a growing number of countries havebegun to pay more attention to the waste product recycling activities of this kind ofvaluable resources, and legislate it on the agenda in succession. As a symbiotic system tothe environment, remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain not only expanded thetraditional forward supply chain, but also included the reverse phase of the supply chainactivities, and has attracted a widespread attention in various professions and trades assoon as it was proposed. In the decision-making of the closed-loop supply chain system,prcing decision of each member and contract coordination to supply chain are one of themost important link. This paper summarized the study of closed-loop supply chain fromthree aspects, and based on game theory and supply chain contract coordination theory,when selling through hybrid channels and recycling through single channel, we studiedand made a comparision of the pricing strategy and profit situation among the three kindsof single recycling channel of centralized and decentralized decision of each member ofclosed-loop supply chain.Then we introduced the two-pricing contract to solve theproblem of closed-loop supply chain coordination. Further more, this paper analyzed theeffect of price gap elastic coefficient variation on the closed-loop supply chain betweendifferent sales channels. On this basis, when selling and recycling through hybridchannels, we studied and made a comparision of the pricing strategy and profit situationamong the three kinds of hybrid recycling channels of centralized and decentralizeddecision of each member of closed-loop supply chain. Investigate the effect of price gapelastic coefficient variation on the closed-loop supply chain between different recyclechannels. The main results are as follows:(1)For closed-loop supply chain of selling through hybrid channels and recyclingthrough single channel, the profit of the closed-loop supply chain in decentralizeddecision are less than the situations of centralized decision-making. The mode ofmanufacturer direct recycling is the best choice to the entire closed-loop supply chain.The two-part pricing contract can realize closed-loop supply chain coordination in decentralized decision. It is beneficial to manufacturers and the closed-loop supply chainsystem that sale channels competition is intensifier, without being far more intensive.(2)For closed-loop supply chain of selling and recycling through hybrid channels,the closed-loop supply chain in decentralized decision exist the benefit loss. We can givethe recycling channel decisions based on the critical value of recycling price gap elasticcoefficient. The revenue cost sharing contract can successfully compensate benefit loss ofthe closed-loop supply chain in decentralized decision-making. The competition betweenrecycling channels play a positive role to the profit increasing of manufacturer and theclosed-loop supply chain system, but it is also not the more intensive the better.
