With our country the development of a new round of reform and opening up,the N county,the all-round development of social economy,science and technology culture,and social security,medical and health conditions due to illness disabled population has been effectively controlled,seven,eight,but in the ninety s,when the employment for the disabled due to illness disabled school-age age,coupled with the rapid economic development,vehicle number N county,the population of the disabled as a result of traffic accident is also rising,so the disabled living standards restricted by their own physical condition,and from the discrimination of the society,guarantee employment for the disabled so it is urgent to improve the standard of living.In order to better meet the social needs of the disabled employment,although N county government introduced a series of policies,promote employment for the disabled but because the disabled employment security system there are N county itself employment policy support system is not perfect,the level of employment training is insufficient,lack of vocational education,the imperfection of the disabled employment information network construction,insufficient social support environment optimization,self-interest guide to strengthen,family traditional ideas behind wall,personal quality problem,including influence employment,N county employment for the disabled system still has many loopholes.Given N county disabled employment problem,this paper try from the Angle of employment for the disabled needs N county to carry on the consummation to the disabled employment security system,to better promote employment for the disabled.From the employment needs of the disabled in this article,from the disabled individual family situation,job security for the disabled,disabled employment willingness and demand as well as the government’s policy implementation situation to carry on the design of the questionnaire,survey data on N county the disabled employment problems and analysed.After this through to the N county job security for the disabled to find the crux of the difficult position,and from the government,enterprises,the third sector support,family support,personal security in five aspects,such as county safeguard system of employment for the disabled is put forward:(1)establish a mechanism for optimizing government policy;Set up the system of vocational education and training;The construction of the disabled employment network integration;(2)establish a mechanism for enterprise joint annual audit;Employment for disabled persons,to fulfill the social responsibility;(3)support to set up service institutions for disabled persons,enhance the management of institutions;Make full use of social resources,ensure employment way to add;(4)to enhance the quality of individual labor;Play a role of good disabled entrepreneurs to create more employment opportunities;(5)to change the traditional ideas,active;to carry out the characteristics of family community employment.
