| The rapid development of information technology has promoted the change of management mode and the innovation and application of new technology.Taking advantage of information technology to transform and upgrade traditional industries,as well as enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,has attracted more and more attention of enterprises.The information technology itself,however,cannot bring competitive advantage.Instead,the key is how to integrate the application of information technology and corporate strategy,organization,process management and control system,which is also the key point of informatization planning.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of strategic planning of information system development at home and abroad.And it also introduces the methods,theory and key technology of strategic informatization planning,analyzing Ningxia New Energy Company's internal and external environment with Potter's five forces model and making clear the stage of informatization construction of the company with Nolan model.At the same time,this paper points out the problems existing in the development of Ningxia New Energy Company.And it has embedded the three-stage-model into information strategic planning,determining the information strategy in the "strategic plan" with the strategy of "grid method".Besides,with the method of planning business system,it figures out the principles and specific content of the informatization strategy and determines the overall blueprint for the informatization construction.It has formulated the principles,goals,information technology strategy,business model and data model of the Ningxia New Energy Company,proposing implementation strategy and the detailed methods and steps.Finally,the paper introduces the safeguard measures and expected results of the informatization strategy and the prospect of Ningxia New Energy Company. |
